Grandmaster Rhee and Master Cutler paid a visit (tour of duty) to Australia in May-2007 to conduct a series of seminars and courses, in the Gold Coast, and Melbourne

Some senior members from the Nepal ITF organsiation traveled to Northern Ireland in Jan-2007 to receive specialist training in advanced instruction with Master Cutler

The first International Instructors Course organised by Northern Ireland ITF (NI-ITF). Grandmaster Rhee Ki Ha conducted the first international instructors course held in Northern Ireland.
The course was very successful and was attended by Taekwon-Do practitioners from England, Scotland, Northen Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Poland, Australia.
The course concluded with a black belt grading with attendees grading to 4th,5th,7th and 7th Degree level.
